A lot of parents think that when their kids graduate high school the only path is for them to go to college and then get a job afterward. However, as times change, there are many different paths that a child can take that don't follow the traditional school path. This could be on-the-job experience, ministry, trade school. The key is to identify your child's unique giftings and encourage them on their path. Rick Wertz is joined by Jarrad Gibler of Klesis Church and Grumpy Goat Coffee, an anti-Human-Trafficking coffee shop that helps survivors and educates their local community.
