Celebrating Father's Day Month - Episode One

Rick Wertz and his guest Robert Valle have an interesting conversation about a wide range of fathering topics. They talk about the role of the CCO (Chief Critical Officer) in the home and how being overly critical can negatively impact relationships in the home. They also discussed the transition from CCO to CEO (Chief Encouraging Officer) and the positive effects of genuine encouragement.

Furthermore, they emphasized the importance of the father-mother team and the necessity for dads to be open to input from mom, as she often has a different perspective on things.
